Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns subject to the following guidelines:

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of goods. If 7 days have passed since the receipt of goods, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • We accept returns of goods sold to you (subject to authorization by Flos.ie) if:

    • You made a mistake
    • You are not happy with your purchase
    • The items arrive damaged or defective

    To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@flos.ie within 7 days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept any return requests after this time. In your email, clearly state your name, contact details, order number, reason for return, and whether you request a replacement or refund. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Sale products
  • Clearance products
  • Special order products
  • Second-hand products
  • Gift vouchers/cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Claims for Damages, Missing or Incorrect Goods

  • Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will be rejected.
  • Incorrect or damaged products must NOT be installed.

If returned goods are damaged, not in re-saleable condition, or if the return is due to damage caused by you, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund. All parts must be returned in perfect condition; otherwise, Flos.ie will not issue a refund or exchange.

Shipping Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization by Flos.ie.
  • To return your product, you should ship it to the address provided upon authorization.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, including any tax and duty charges that may be incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (and any associated costs) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping a return product valued over €50, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of approval, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@flos.ie.
