Terms & Conditions

-Payment Methods -Our on-line store accepts all major Credit Cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer

-Shipping -We Ship Worldwide. Fedex, UPS and Fastway are our main shipping carriers. To calculate the shipping cost simply add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart. Then go to “view cart” and enter your shipping address, the shipping cost will then be displayed. We ship 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

-UK Orders – The minimum order value is €150 due to UK VAT thresholds.

-Shipping terms – Shipments are delivered to the Customer’s address. Our carriers have no obligation to deliver a Shipment to the customer personally and may release a Shipment without a signature for delivery. Our carriers may also deliver a Shipment to the customer or any other person appearing to have authority to accept delivery of the Shipment on the customer’s behalf. Shipment addresses should always include the customers complete address, telephone number and email address.

-After receiving products from Flos Ltd. – Please check & ensure that all products are correct and not damaged. Claims for damages or missing goods must be reported in writing within 48hrs of delivery or will be rejected. Incorrect or damaged products must NOT be installed.
-Product disclaimer:
Flos Ltd. will not be liable for damages, injuries, or loss incurred during or after installation or through the use of the product purchased.

 

-VAT -(Value Added Tax) VAT is for European customers only. We do not charge VAT for shipments outside of Europe. (example Great Britain, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc…) However you may become liable for Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) for delivery to non EU country) which will be collected by the carrier.

-Returns Policy– Prior to returning any goods to the company for any reason, the customer should contact us via email stating order number. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery, we cannot accept any returns after this time. Parts must be in original undamaged packaging, we cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns. It is up to the buyer to pay and organise the return shipping. All shipping charges are non refundable. Any import fees or charges that we incur for returns will need to be paid by the customer.
