Where is Flos.ie located?

We are located in Galway, Ireland

What are our opening hours?

Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm GMT
Friday 9am – 1pm GMT
Saturday-Sunday Closed

How do I place an order with Flos.ie?

Placing an order with us could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

How do I apply a gift voucher code to my order?

Please contact sales@flos.ie with your voucher details and we will be happy to assist

Shipping & Orders

Do Flos.ie ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Fedex, UPS, Fastway and AN POST are our main shipping carriers.

Can I collect my order?

In store collection is available from our store Monday – Friday. Please select “local pickup” upon check out and we will email you once your order is ready for collection.

What are your shipping charges?

To calculate the shipping charge simply add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart. Then go to “view cart” and enter your shipping address, the shipping cost will then be displayed. We ship 5 days a week Monday to Friday

Will I be liable for import taxes/ customs charges in my country?

VAT -(Value Added Tax) is for European customers only. We do not charge VAT for shipments outside of Europe*. (example: Great Britain, USA,. Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc.)

*However you may become liable for Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) for delivery to non EU country which will be collected by the carrier

I am an EU VAT registered customer, can I purchase without VAT charged

It is not possible to place an order online to be shipped within the EU without charging VAT. If you are an EU Company with a VAT number please email us (sales@flos.ie) with your details so that we can verify your Vat no. to make a purchase without added VAT.

 

This does not apply to Republic of Ireland VAT Numbers

What does it mean when a part is on backorder?

Occasionally, demand for certain products can lead to them being temporarily ‘out of stock’. However, if you  still want this item we are happy to accept orders and dispatch it once stock becomes available

Can I be notified when an out of stock part becomes available?

Occasionally parts maybe temporarily out of stock and you can sign up to be notified when the part is available for purchase. To use this service, click on the “notify me” button beside the required part and complete the sign-up process

What should I do if a product is damaged in delivery?

Our products are very carefully packed but we do realise that delivery damage may occur in spite of these precautions. Claims for damages, missing or incorrect goods must be reported in writing within 48hrs of delivery or will be rejected. Incorrect or damaged products must NOT be installed

I submitted an order with an error, how do I amend it?

If you notice an error on your order once it has been submitted, please call Sales on +353 87 9611663 as soon as possible (Mon-Fri) or email sales@flos.ie

As our online order processing is very efficient it may not be possible to amend your order before it is despatched, however by contacting us as soon as possible it gives us the greatest chance of catching it.
